The ghost peppers  are delicately pickled in mustard oil along with garlic, allowing the flavours of the chilli to difuse into the garlic and the oil. You cannot keep this away from your meals.

Ingredients: Bhut Jolokia, Garlic, Salt, Oil and nothing else.
